Your privacy is our top priority. This page explains exactly what we collect, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, how long we keep it, and the control you have over it at every stage.
01Who Is Responsible
This site is operated by Ghaith Abdullah, an independent digital consultancy based in Lebanon serving clients internationally. We decide how and why your personal data is processed, which makes us the data controller, and we are your direct point of contact for anything described on this page.
02What We Collect
Identity and contact details you enter yourself: name, country code, phone number, and email address. Project details: project type, target region, business type, search intent, preferred appointment date and time, preferred messaging app, how you heard about us, and your message. Business details when you request a quotation: business name, website address, and Google Business profile link. Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and your language and theme preferences.
03How We Collect It
Through the contact form, the appointment scheduler, the strategic guide request, and the quotation request flow. Automatically through cookies and analytics while you browse. And directly when you reach out through WhatsApp, email, or phone using the links published on this site. We never buy contact lists and never obtain your data from third-party brokers.
04Why We Process It
To reply to your enquiry and prepare an accurate proposal or quotation; to deliver the strategic guide and any PDF you requested to your email or WhatsApp; to measure which pages and advertising campaigns actually lead to contact so we do not waste budget; to protect the site against automated abuse and spam; and to improve the clarity and performance of what we publish.
05Analytics & Advertising
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic and engagement, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel together with Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which campaigns lead to a real enquiry. These tools record page views, clicks on calls-to-action, and completed form submissions. They are used to read patterns in aggregate, not to build a personal profile of you, and we do not upload your name, email, or phone number into any advertising platform.
06Cookies & Your Choice
When you first arrive you are given two options. Choosing ACCEPT enables analytics and advertising cookies. Choosing ESSENTIALS, or dismissing the banner, keeps them switched off and leaves only what is required for the site to function. We implement Google Consent Mode v2, which means analytics storage, ad storage, ad user data, and ad personalization all start in a denied state and are only granted after you actively accept. You can reverse your decision at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which will bring the banner back.
07Storage On Your Device
We save a small number of preferences in your browser's local storage so the site behaves consistently between visits: your cookie consent choice, your dark or light theme preference, and minor interface state such as whether you have already dismissed the install prompt. These entries stay on your device, are not transmitted to us as personal data, and are removed when you clear your browser storage.
08Protection Against Bots
Forms and sensitive pages are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-oriented alternative to traditional CAPTCHA. It loads a script from Cloudflare and evaluates technical signals from your browser to confirm you are a real person. It is not used to track you across websites and does not profile your behaviour. Images on this site are also delivered through Cloudflare's content network for speed.
09Who Processes Your Data
Beyond us, your data may be handled by a limited set of providers, each for one defined purpose: analytics and advertising measurement (Google and Meta), bot protection and content delivery (Cloudflare), an email delivery provider that transmits your enquiry to our inbox and sends you what you requested, and the hosting infrastructure that runs this site and its secure database. These providers act on our instructions for those purposes only. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone, under any circumstances.
10International Transfers
The providers above operate global infrastructure, so your data may be processed on servers outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. We only work with established providers that maintain recognised safeguards and contractual commitments for international data transfers, and we transfer no more than what each provider needs to perform its function.
11How Long We Keep It
Contact form, scheduler, and strategic guide submissions are kept for a maximum of 24 months from your last interaction with us. Quotation records are kept for up to 5 years, as they form part of our commercial and accounting record. Analytics data follows the standard Google Analytics retention period of 14 months. Security records tied to access verification, including the IP address used, are kept only for the short period needed to prevent repeated abuse and are then cleared.
12How We Secure It
All traffic to this site is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. Stored records sit in an access-controlled database reachable only through authenticated credentials. Account passwords are stored as irreversible hashes and never in readable form. Sensitive pages apply rate limiting and temporary lockout after repeated failed attempts, which requires us to briefly record the IP address making those attempts.
13Your Rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, ask us to delete it, request it in a portable format, withdraw a consent you previously gave, or object to a specific use. Write to start@web.ghayth-abdallah.com and we will action your request manually and respond within 30 days at no cost to you. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything lawfully done before you withdrew it, and we may retain the minimum required to meet a legal or accounting obligation.
14Children's Privacy
This site offers professional services to businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16 years of age. If we become aware that a minor has submitted personal data through one of our forms, we will delete that record promptly.
15Changes To This Policy
When our tools or practices change, this page is updated and the revision date shown at the top of it changes with it. For any material change to how we collect or use your data, the updated policy takes effect from the date published here, and we encourage you to review this page before submitting any form.
"Clarity and transparency in handling your data is the foundation upon which we build your trust in us."
